What steps are required to set up PetPage?

PetPage is excited to turn a new page on May 8th! Get ready for the relaunch and begin setting it up today.

Steps to take:
  1. (Required) Set up the new automated PetPage app announcement. 
    1. This step is required because PetPage will be a new listing in the app stores. Clients will receive the incorrect store links if you do not transition or update your existing app announcement. 
  2. (Required) Send mass emails. 
    1. On or after May 8th, send a mass email to your existing users, letting them know the new app is available for download. Send a second mass email to Pet Parents not currently using PetPage. 
  3. (Required) Update your direct message app announcement template.
    1. This step is required because you want to stop sending the old app store links. 
  4. (Optional) Customize PetPage to fit the look and feel of your practice. 
    1. Update or add your logo and banner image
    2. Add PetPage announcements
    3. Add your branded color selections
    4. Update or add after hours emergency information
