Sending Out Your Mass Emails

To send the mass emails to your clients to inform them of the new PetPage app and portal, you must be logged in as an admin user.

*The app will be available for download starting on May 8th. Do not send out the mass emails until 5/8. We recommend scheduling it to send on 5/8 to get your clients to download the new app as soon as possible!*

Step 1: Go to the communications tab on the left-hand side of your screen and then click on mass emails
  1. You will see 2 mass emails we created for you to share the exciting news with your clients!
    1. "Current Users - New PetPage Announcement" to send to your clients currently using the old PetPage app explaining how they will need to delete the old app and download the new one as we will be removing access to the old app. 
    2. "Clients Not Using - New PetPage Announcement" to send to clients not currently using the PetPage app.

Step 2: Click on the edit pencil  to open up the settings for these mass emails and view the content to make any changes you feel necessary.
  1.       Once you are satisfied with it, click save
Step 3: When you are ready to send the mass email to your clients, go to the mass emails page again and click the paper airplane icon 
  1. This will bring you to a page where you can schedule the send for May 8th.
    1. You will be required to enter your digital signature and click "Agree and Send Now" to finish the process, as shown below.
