Updating Your Direct Message Template

To edit the direct message email template for the new PetPage app and portal, you must be logged in as an admin user.

Step 1: Go to the Direct Messages tab on the left-hand side of your screen and then click on Templates. 

Step 2: You will then click on the "Email Templates" tab, which will bring you to your list of direct message email templates. 
                     

Step 3: Click on the edit pencil pencil-solid.png next to the "New App Announcement" email template we have added for you to open up the edit page and verify the content of the email to fit your hospital's needs

Step 4: Once you are satisfied with it, click save at the bottom left-hand side of the screen. 

Step 5: Once you have saved the New App Announcement direct message template and are ready to delete the old one, go back to the list of direct message email templates and click on the trash can icon  to delete the old "App Announcement" direct message email.
