Accessing Direct Messages
A Direct Message would be any email or text message
that is sent manually by a staff member through the AllyDVM platform. Direct messages allow you to send the client an email or text message from the AllyDVM platform. Practices often use this feature when there is specific information the client should receive before or after the appointment.
A direct
message can be sent from the Retention Calendar screen, or by using the Direct
Message tab on the left-hand navigation bar.
There are two types of direct messages in Ally Connect, Text
and Email.
How to access
the Direct Messages?
- Click
on Direct Messages and then click Text Message Chat or Emails. In the Client Search field, enter the client's
name or client ID to search for the client. The more information you put in (client's
first and last name), the more accurate the search will be.
