Marking a reward fulfilled
Manual Adjustment:
- Search for the client in the Clients Menu Section or click on their name on the Retention Calendar.
- Click on the Loyalty Program tab on the right-hand side of the Client Details Page or scroll down to it.
- Click the "Adjust Balance" tab to redeem coins manually.
- Add a Description and then enter an amount (in a negative number) of coins to be redeemed. Then click “SAVE.”
Automatic Redemption:
- If the client has redeemed a reward using PetPage, there will be a tab named "Rewards Ready for Fulfillment." The staff member should click the “Mark Fulfilled” button to fulfill the redemption (no need to do a manual adjustment).
Once you adjust the balance or mark it fulfilled, the client's new coin balance will be visible through AllyDVM and PetPage. If a pet owner is not tech-savvy, the front office staff can look up a client by name in the AllyDVM dashboard and view that client's loyalty coin balance (even if the client has not downloaded or accessed PetPage) or view the coin balance from the Retention Calendar. The front office staff member, could inform the not-tech-savvy client of their current reward balance and offer/explain the rewards available to them. The front staff could then adjust the client's balance, adding a description explaining that the (minus 5 points) deduction was to redeem for a nail trim (as an example).
