What are the delivery methods for communications?
Any delivery method you set up (Email, Text, Postcard) has its own delivery schedule attached to it. So if you were to set up a communication to have an email and a text sent, as long as the client has an email address and cell in your system, they will receive both (unless they have requested a specific type of communication be disabled from sending to them).
What's great about each delivery method having its own schedule is that you can stagger when they are sent. For example an email 2 days before the appointment and a text 1 day before.
You can also edit the communication to send only if the client has not confirmed their appointment. So if the client confirms their appointment from the email, they will not receive the text message the day before if that is what you would like. Very customizable!
