Appointments will be moved from the Appointments tab to the Video Chat History tab the day after the appointment date. Ad Hoc Video Chats will be displayed in the Video Chat History tab after you end the call. You can quickly differentiate between an Appointment and an Ad Hoc Video Chat by looking in the Appointment Column. Appointments will have a spyglass () where the Ad Hoc calls will not. Any video chat notes recorded during the chat will also remain with the chat history:
Once a video chat has been started, it will be logged on the Client and Patient profile including the Appointment Details (if it was a scheduled appointment), when the appointment started, and any notes taken:
