Upgraded Appointment, Refill, and Personal Information Update Requests

PetPage made upgrades to appointment, refill, and information requests. 

Appointment Request: 
  1. The app will now display your hospital's header and confirmation messages. 
  2. Ability to mark information required in the app. 
  3. Improved user experience
    
Prescription Refill Request:
  1. Only available for prescriptions that have been prescribed in the last 12 months! 
  2. The Pet Parent clicks refill next to the prescription they need to refill, and PetPage does all the work to populate the form. 
  3. The app will now display your hospital's custom header and confirmation messages. 

Information Requests:
  1. PetPage offers client and patient information requests that make sending updated information easy and convenient.
  2. From the Client Profile, clients can click "my information"  to view and update their contact information. 
    1. After clicking "Request Information Update," the form will prefill will all existing information but allow the user to correct each field. After clicking submit, only fields that were updated are sent to your hospital. 
        
  1. From the Patient Profile, after clicking "Request Information Update" the Pet Parent can update all the necessary fields and click submit. After clicking submit, only fields that were updated are sent to your hospital.
