Shows the Client ID, Client Name, Client Email, Status, and, what type of communication they unsubscribed from. The default time frame is past 30 days.

• Can be downloaded as a CSV and printed.

• Can change the time frame.

• The report will display the enrollment and unsubscribed status of each client who has unsubscribed, within the selected timeframe, in the fields of Auto Email, Mass Email, Auto SMS, Direct SMS, and/or Auto Postcard.

Clients are able to unsubscribe from any email communication by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email. They can also choose their communications preferences via the PetPage app or online portal.
