My sync monitor is green, but why is the time not current?
There are a couple of things that can affect the sync. Your sync monitor will remain green until we have not seen a change in data for 24 hours.
When we sync, our system looks for any changes in your database. The sync status date and time shows when those last changes were made. If your staff didn't make any changes in your PIMS after the last sync time, we wouldn't see any changes until the next time a change was made.
There could also have been a pause in your internet service. We need to be able to talk to your server, so if the internet was down, we might not have been able to connect.
