The Sync Monitor tells you whether AllyDVM is syncing successfully with your practice management system (PIMS) or not. The sync monitor will change color if we are not properly syncing.
Sync Monitor Color Status
We are successfully syncing with the PIMS hourly.
No changes have been detected within the PIMS in the past 24 hours
Keep an eye on this, as it should turn green after changes are being made within the PIMS
We have not synced any changes in the past 48 hours or we are unable to communicate with your PIMS database. The sync monitor will turn red if your internet is down, your server is turned off, etc.
