This report details how many text messages were processed for the selected time period and shows how many text messages were delivered, undeliverable, blocked, or failed. You can select a specific timeframe or there are quick shortcut timeframes of the last 7 days, the last 30 days, the last 90 days, or the last year.

Column Definitions:
- Processed: The total number of messages intended to be sent.
- Undeliverable: The number of messages that were sent to landlines, fixed VOIP numbers, or bad phone numbers.
- Delivered: The number of messages delivered to recipients.
- Blocked by Carriers: The number of messages blocked by carriers.
- Undelivered: A2P: The number of messages failed or blocked by carriers because your SMS number is not registered to send A2P traffic. If this occurs, please contact support@allydvm.com, action is required. *For practices within a corporate group, please follow your group's support instructions.
- Failed: The number of messages that could have been delivered but were not because the recipient could not receive it (i.e., a prepaid phone was lacking funds, the phone was out of the area, etc.)
- Total Not Delivered: The number of messages that could have been delivered but were not. They were either blocked by carriers or failed to send because of recipient issues. (This is a total of the Blocked by Carriers and Failed columns.)
