Default settings show the Alert Summary for your Retention Calendar alerts. You can also use the quick charts.
Key Points:
- You can be as specific with this report as you would like. You can change the dates (using the Quick Charts or manually) or compare two time frames (Quick Comparisons or manually).
- Under Report Summary, you will see the Alert Type, To Do, Done, Percentage Done, and Missed Opportunities Cost. The missed opportunities cost is calculation is (To Do - Done) X Avg 30 Average Invoice.
*The calculation includes invoice adjustments/discounts and excludes $0 invoices.
- A customizable chart is shown at the bottom of the screen by clicking on the plus sign across from the Chart heading.
