Reminder details
This section allows you to change the name of reminders in the description box by clicking on the edit button (
). You can also add a URL if you have further information about a specific reminder that you would like to link to your Medical Reminder emails. You can choose whether you want each reminder to appear on the patient’s reminder list, additional pets past due list, and the app/online pet records page. You can also rate the priority of each reminder so that they appear in order from most important to least important, such as Rabies (most important), DHPP, Bordetella, and fecal (least important). The higher the priority the higher on the list the reminder will be listed.
