Practice Profile

Announcement: The announcement will show up within your communications anywhere that you place the ###ANNOUNCEMENT### variable. This is where you can add general information that you would like shown in each communication that has the ###ANNOUNCEMENT### variable. 
For example: Many hospitals would write their COVID protocols in the announcement box so that on each communication, the client would be made aware of their current COVID protocols. To change the announcement, type what you would like your announcement to say in your announcement box within the practice profile. 

Office hours: This text will appear when the practice variable ###OFFICE_HOURS### is used in communications. To change the office hours, type your office hours in the office hours box within the practice profile.

Practice Logo: This image will appear wherever your ###PRACTICE_LOGO### variable is used in communications. We recommend using an image that is 250px wide. To update this image, go to the image library within the gearwheel and upload your logo. Once you have uploaded your logo to your image library, you can click on the ‘Choose from image library’ button and select the image you want to use for your logo.

Business Info: The Business Contact for your practice will be the one we reach out to with any announcements or updates to our system. Additionally, due to regulation changes, we will need your EIN (US) or Provincial number (Canada) and your legal entity name to register your SMS number to your hospital. Registering your SMS number will ensure the deliverability of your text messages.

Contact: This section shows your Email, Address, Country, Phone number, Fax number, and Text number. This information is used for the practice variables within communications. To change any of this information, you can update it in your practice management system or contact AllyDVM Support via email at support@allydvm.com.  *For practices within a corporate group, please follow your group's support instructions.

Links:
  1. In the AllyDVM Service Links section of the practice profile, you will see the link for your clients to sign up/in for the online portal/PetPage to view their pet's healthcare information, request appointments, request medication refills, and more. You will also find your appointment request link that your clients can use to request an appointment and the refill requests link that clients can use to request a prescription refill. You also have the option of overriding the Appointment Request, and Prescription Request links with a different link if you so choose.
  2. In the Your Links section, this is where your links to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and your online pharmacy are. These links are what pull into your communications when entering the variables: ###INSTAGRAM_BUTTON###, ###TWITTER_BUTTON###, ###FACEBOOK_BUTTON###, and ###ONLINE_PHARMACY_URL###. If the variable is used within a communication but no link is added, the button will not populate in the communication. To edit these links, go to your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and online pharmacy websites and copy and paste the URL into each of these fields. 


Writebacks: This is where you can Enable or Disable your write-back features if applicable. (We do not currently offer writebacks for all practice management software)

Boarding & Grooming: Within the boarding and grooming section of the practice profile, you are able to add your drop-off and pick-up times and your dog and cat requirements for each service. 
  1. Adding in the variables: ###GROOMING_PICK_UP_TIME###, ###GROOMING_REQUIREMENTS_CAT###, ###GROOMING_REQUIREMENTS_DOG###, ###BOARDING_PICK_UP_TIME###, ###BOARDING_REQUIREMENTS_CAT###, and ###BOARDING_REQUIREMENTS_DOG### to your communications will pull in this information. 



Surgery: In the surgery section of the practice profile, you will be able to input the drop-off and pick up times for surgery as well as let clients know that food and water should not be offered after a specific time the night before. This information will appear when you add the -=SurgeryDropOffTime=-, ###SURGERY_PICK_UP_TIME### and ###SURGERY_INSTRUCTIONS### variables to your communications. If you want to auto-populate the admission appointment time from your schedule, you can select the box that states ‘Use appointment start time as the drop off time’. 


Email: In the email section of the practice profile, you will be able to select your signature, default signature image, and right image that appears at the bottom of your email communications in addition to the banner image that appears at the top of your email communication such as:
