General Postcard Information

When set up our postcards send out automatically on the 1st and the 16th of each month.

Here is a bit of information about them:
  1. They are jumbo-sized, 6" x 8.5" (about the size of an iPad mini) yielding a higher response rate.
  2. They do not get printed or sent if a client has an appointment already scheduled. (If filters are in place.)
  3. They do not get printed or sent if a client's mailing address is bad.
  4. They are customizable from practice to practice--many practices use an image of the doctors or staff, or some other kind of branding.
  5. You can choose as many (or as few) reminders to trigger postcards.  So, emails can be triggered for virtually everything, while postcards could go out only to pets due for core vaccines and wellness exams, etc. if you choose.
  6. Postcards combine pets within the household onto a single postcard if they are due within roughly the same time window--helping to save $$.
  7. Custom cards with a custom image are 96 cents per card including postage. Our generic designs cost 94 cents per card.
  8. Canadian postcard cost: $1.20/generic card, $1.22/custom card.
