Patients Past Due

This report is a list of patients that have Past Due Medical Reminders within the selected time period. The default is 8 to 9 weeks past due.

Key Points: 
  1. This report shows the Patient’s reminder due date along with the reminder(s) that they are past due for by hovering over the paw print. 
  2. There is the Direct Message option to also text or email clients directly from the report.
  3. You can click on the Client's name to bring up their profile.
  4. Shows email verification; if the email is anything but verified, that means they were probably not receiving medical reminders. 
  5. This report only shows for Active Pets with an Active owner.
  6. This report can be downloaded as a CSV and printed.
  7. You can Customize the time frame.
