Overview of the Loyalty Program administration and set-up

Click on the “Loyalty Program” tab from the navigation panel, then choose the Loyalty Program Settings option. 
Follow the steps below to begin your setup:
  1. Choose your start date by clicking the “Start Loyalty Program” button and then the calendar icon. Choose your start date, then click “confirm start date.” You may change your start date up until the day before it is set to start. 
  2. Set your exchange rate ($XX.00= 1 Coin). You may set the option of having multiple invoices combine to earn coins, or a single invoice must meet the exchange rate to earn coins.
  3. For Cornerstone, Avimark, and Infinity practices only, they can choose between an Automated or Manual loyalty program. Once the Start Date has passed, these options will be set and will be removed from the page. 
    1. With the manual option for our Loyalty Program, no coins will automatically be awarded or deducted. When the manual option is selected, the setup is the same; practices will still set a start date, exchange rate, and rewards. Once the practice has started its loyalty program, Pet Owners will still see their coins on their app and can submit redemption requests. 
  4. Non-Cornerstone, Avimark, and Infinity practices currently using the Loyalty Program and moving forward will automatically be set to Manual Enrollment. 
  1. You can change the default setting by clicking the “Change Default Enrollment” button, then clicking the “Reset all clients to unenrolled” option, and then clicking the “Change default enrollment to unenrolled” button. Click the green “Save” button to save your changes. 
  2. Add your Rewards: Click the “New Reward” button. Name your reward in the “Title” field (Example: Complimentary Nail Trim). Enter the number of coins required to exchange for the reward. If desired, enter a description. Include any restrictions or limitations to the reward here. If desired, you may add an image by clicking the “Choose Image button.” Click the blue “Save” button. You can edit your rewards at any time by clicking the pencil icon () or delete your rewards by clicking the trash can icon ().
