To start an “Ad Hoc” non-scheduled video chat, go to the "Telehealth" tab on the left-hand side of the page and click "Create New Video Chat Room"

When selected, the option to attach the Ad Hoc call to a client/patient is offered. Clicking Save will direct you to the Video Chat pre-call page:
