Shows survey response scores and comments.
Key Points:
- NPS score is shown in the left box, this score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of customers who are Detractors (0-6) from the percentage of Promoters (9-10).
- Avg Rating Net Score is shown in the right box. This is the average rating from all responses.
- You can change the view of the scores shown with the Ratings Filter and show comments or not with the Comments Filter.
- The report can be downloaded as a CSV and printed.
- The default response date range is 30 days but this time frame can be changed.
