Net Promoter Score ®

Shows survey response scores and comments. 
Key Points: 
  1. NPS score is shown in the left box, this score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of customers who are Detractors (0-6) from the percentage of Promoters (9-10).
  2. Avg Rating Net Score is shown in the right box. This is the average rating from all responses.
  3. You can change the view of the scores shown with the Ratings Filter and show comments or not with the Comments Filter
  4. The report can be downloaded as a CSV and printed.
  5. The default response date range is 30 days but this time frame can be changed.
