Missing/Invalid Email Addresses

Missing/Invalid Email Addresses

Shows all email addresses in your system that are either missing or have come back as either bad, bounced, dropped, or invalid.

Key Points:
  1. Bounced, Bad, or Dropped: If you have confirmed with the client that the email on file is correct, then we ask that you email the client at that email address and ask that they reply so that you can send that email thread over to us at support@allydvm.com. Our system needs electronic verification to change an email to verified. Retyping the email address in your Practice Management System will not change it UNLESS the email was marked as bad because of a spelling error, such as Johnsmith@hotamail.com. In that case, you can update the spelling and this should update the email verification to verified.
  2. Invalid means there is something wrong with how the email was entered, such as missing a “.com” or “@” sign. Recheck the email in your system and make sure it is formatted correctly.
  3. This report can be downloaded as a CSV and printed.
  4. You can click on the client's name right from the report and it will take you to their profile where you can see under their Contact Information how their email is marked.
