How will I be notified when a client submits a Loyalty Coin Redemption request?
In your Email Notification settings, you have the option to receive an email alert each time a client submits a request. These settings are automatically set so that you will receive email notifications to the email on file, however you can edit these settings in your Email Notification settings.
