Inserting a variable into an email

You can use variables in your communications to automatically pull information into a text/email. Any available variables will be in the Insert Variable drop-down box at the bottom right corner of the email. The drop-down menu that says Insert Practice Variable contains variables that will auto-fill information that pertains to the practice itself. The drop-down menu that says Insert Variable contains variables that will auto-fill information that pertains to the appointment, the client, and the patient.
