Every appointment has the potential to become a Video Call on the Retention Calendar. You’ll see the video icon next to each appointment ()
Clicking this icon will direct you to the Video Chat pre-call page where you can view Video Chat/Appointment Details, edit your Display Name for the call, add notes to the Video Chat Notes section, and then join the call when ready:
Clicking the Appointment Details icon () will bring up the scheduled appointment information.
Clicking the External Video Chat Link icon will save the URL to your computer so it can be copied/pasted into a Direct Message for the Pet Owners:
Clicking the Video Chat Notes () icon will direct you to an internal notes page that can be viewed during the call.
Editing the Display Name will update the name that appears in the chat. The practice name is the default if you do not edit the display name.
When you are ready to start your Video Chat, click Join Video Chat.
From this page you can quickly Text or Email the Video Chat Link to the client:
