General PetPage FAQ

What email address does the Confirmation email or Forgot Password email come from?
noreply@notifications.allydvm.com

Our client has more than one veterinarian. Can they view their pet’s information from both locations?
Yes, if both veterinary hospitals are using AllyDVM, the client can sign-up at multiple locations. In order to use one login for multiple locations, the client should have the same email on file at all locations. They will need to sign up for each location. After they are signed up and logged in they can click switch on the home page in the top left corner to navigate between locations.

My client is only able to see their old hospital on the app. What do I do?
First, the client must sign up for the PetPage app at their new practice by entering their email address on the home page. If they have the same email address at both practices, a drop-down will appear so they can select the new vet from the drop-down and continue signing up for that location. If they have the same email under their account at both practices after signing up for the new practice, they can select which practice they want to see information for from the home page. If they would rather not have the old practice as an option, they will need to have a different email on file at one of the practices or have the old practice delete their email.

I share an account at the vet with someone, but we both want to be able to access our own pets on the portal. Are we able to do this?
Each Patient Portal account is linked to a single email address, so they will need to use the email on file in your practice management software. They can both have the app on their phone and log in to the app, but they would need to share the login credentials.

Can clients view their pet’s medical records on the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal does not offer full medical records. However, clients can use their Pet ID to share critical information for boarding and grooming. It also gives clients access to their pet’s medical reminders, prescriptions, appointments, and more.

Does your app offer push notifications?
Yes, the PetPage app offers client-set push notifications. These push notifications can be set up by using the To-dos in the button navigation of the app.

How are prescriptions displayed in PetPage? Why can't clients request a refill for all prescriptions?
Prescriptions are displayed from newest to oldest. The most recent 3 prescriptions will be displayed on the home page. The refill button will be available for all prescriptions prescribed within the last 12 months. On the prescriptions page, prescriptions prescribed in the last 18 months will be displayed.
