Bad Physical Addresses

Bad Physical Addresses

Shows all physical addresses that have come back from USPS as an invalid address.

Key Points:
  1. The client name and address are both listed in the report, along with the Client ID so making changes to their account in your Practice Management System is super easy!
  2. Most times there is a formatting issue with the address or a misspelling. A quick Google search sometimes helps! You may use the address lookup tool found on the USPS website to verify mailing addresses. There are other factors, such as National Change of Address and rural locations where mail is not delivered.
    1. New Jersey recently passed a law called Daniel's Law that prohibits disclosure of the residential addresses of certain persons covered by the law (“Covered Persons”) on websites controlled by state, county, and local government agencies. The community of Covered Persons includes former, active, and retired judicial officers, prosecutors, and members of law enforcement and their immediate family members residing in the same household.
  3. Only clients that should have received a postcard and had an invalid mailing address upon verifications will populate on this report.
  4. This report can be downloaded as a CSV and printed.
