Away messages
You can automatically respond to incoming text messages while you’re away through a scheduled away message or manually. This feature is only available with the two-way texting feature. In order to configure an away message schedule, click on the direct messages tab on the left-hand side of your screen and select the text message chat.
In the upper right-hand corner, you can choose to Configure Away Message Schedule to set up the schedule for your away messages to send automatically or, you can set an away message manually by clicking Set Away Message.
You have the ability to create as many breaks or after-hours messages as you would like. The break message will allow a short SMS message to automatically be sent if a client reaches out via text message over a scheduled break time. The after-hours message will be sent automatically anytime a client reaches out via text message during non-business hours.
