Cancelation Policy

AllyDVM is excited to continue earning your business month after month. Therefore, we do not offer long-term contracts. This means that you can cancel with just 30 days' notice.

Your services will run until the end of the next billing cycle and your shut-off date will be 30 days after that. If you would like your communications turned off (disabled) before your shut-off date, you can disable them, otherwise, your communications will continue to go out until the end of the next billing cycle/shut-off date. 

Your success is important to us, so your Practice Success  Manager is available to regularly meet with you to ensure AllyDVM is fully utilized in your practice. To schedule an account review with your Practice Success Manager, please email support@allydvm.com
